Hamamatsucho Convention Hall & Hybrid Studio is two-storied large-scale convention hall with 4,000 sq. m. in total. We have 2 main halls, each with 651 sq. m. and 505 sq. m.
Our 651 sq. m. Main Hall can be divided into two halls, and offer wide varieties of application to various events. Used in one large hall, it can seat up to 601 guests for theater-style settings and up to 324 for classroom-style settings. The other 505 sq. m. Main Hall can also be divided into two halls. It can seat up to 430 guests for theater-style settings and up to 291 for classroom-style settings. Sandwiched between those two main halls, we have 300 sq. m. exhibition hall to hold various kinds of events, including reception parties, exhibitions and tradeshows.
In addition to those halls, we also have small and medium sized rooms suitable for various kinds of gathering, including meetings, seminars and staff rooms.
